Oiling

Oiling is very Essential for hair as they provide neccesary Nutrients to hair. The oil spread evenly around the scalp , sending nutrients directly and easily to Hair roots. Oil massage boosts the blood circulation in scalp which helps in faster hair growth. We can also use Hair oil to control Frizzy hair.On days when your hair seems all out of control and frizzy, rub some hair oil on your palms and run through the hair lightly.This will not only cause the frizz to settle immediately but also provide nourishment and shine to the hair.

Coconut oil

Coconut oil slows down hair loss.It also prevents hair breakage and split ends, contributing to hair length. Coconut oil adds luster, shine and softness to the hair. Coconut oil prevents hair breakage and split ends, contributing to hair length.

Castor oil

Castor oil is usually available in any Grocery shop and Chemist. It doest cost much. smalll bottle for MRP 28. Castor oil is essential as they play an vital role in Hair Growth.

Vitamin E capsules

Vitam E capsules are easily availbale in any Chemist shop jst for MRP 19. When you apply vitamin E to your scalp, it helps reduce inflammation and repair damage to the Hair and encourage hair growth.

Counterstep

So First of all take 3 tablespoon of Coconut oil. You can increase the quantity depending on your hair length. Add 1 tablespoon of Castor oil. Add 1 Vitamin E tablet.

For Hair fall

Onion is very effective Specially for Boys. If you are Suffering from Hair Loss try this and you wont Regret it. It's also believed that onions may boost circulation. Applying onion juice to the hair and scalp could increase blood supply to hair, which in turn improves hair growth. You can simply prepare onion juice.Apply it on scalp and leave it for 15 to 20 minutes. Now wash your hair thoroughly.
